Booking The Hall

Please check availability for your dates on the calendar below, before completing the booking request form.

  • Ample free parking

  • Use of tables and chairs

  • Use of kitchen for light refreshments

  • Music must cease by 11.30pm 

  • The hall and kitchen must be left clean, furniture put away and rubbish and recycling removed.

  • Departure by 12 midnight at the latest

Our Rates:

Standard Rates - Weekdays until 6pm on Friday, Sundays

Peak Rates - Friday from 6pm and all day Saturday 

Booking The Hall Includes:
      

New Business Rates:

From June 1st 2026, there will be a Business Rate for the commercial hirers of Moreton Village Hall. This will be £3 per hour more than our 'Other' rates. All other rates, including Residents and Regular Weekly Bookings, will remain the same.
